The Zeta Omega Foundation, a 501 C(3) Non-Profit entity, was created  in 2019.  Our mission is to provide financial assistance and promote public service programs in support of the Zeta Omega Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. and other service-oriented organizations.  We support programs and initiatives that pertain to health, education, economics, government, social and cultural empowerment, particularly as it uplifts the Greater Cleveland Community.

"Tools for our Student's Success" will provide first-generation college students matriculating to a two (2) or four (4) year College/University with a trunk including essential tools needed for success.  Items  will include, but not be limited to, a Laptop/tablet loaded with Microsoft applications, a stipend towards books, comfort items, etc.

Applicants must be first-generation college students*; enrolled in a high school within Cuyahoga County, OH;  graduating in the 2024 graduating class; and attending a 2 or 4 college in Fall 2024. Applicants will be evaluated on the basis of grade point average, leadership potential, social involvement, and a personal interview. Applications must be submitted online.

The application deadline is 11:59 pm on April 30, 2024. Applications will be reviewed in May and interviews will be scheduled for May and June. Students will be made aware if they are a recipient in June.  The trunks will be given to students at a luncheon to occur in Summer 2024 (date and location TBD).

* "First-Generation College Student" means that your Parent(s)/Legal Guardian did not complete a 4-year college or university degree.
