The Zeta Omega Foundation, a 501 C(3) Non-Profit entity, was created in 2019. Our mission is to provide financial assistance and promote public service programs in support of the Zeta Omega Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. and other service-oriented organizations. We support programs and initiatives that pertain to health, education, economics, government, social and cultural empowerment, particularly as it uplifts the Greater Cleveland Community.
Zeta Omega Chapter
The Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. was founded on the historically black college campus of Howard University, located in Washington D.C. on the evening of November 17, 1911. The Fraternity's Motto is "Friendship is Essential to the Soul" and its Cardinal Principles are "Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance, and Uplift".

The Zeta Omega Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. is the oldest and largest graduate chapter in the Fourth District, which is comprised of Ohio and West Virginia. It was established in Cleveland, Ohio, in March 1923, and recently celebrated its centennial year of existence. Its membership includes, but is not limited to, doctors, lawyers, elected officials, educators, entrepreneurs and bankers.

For over 100 years Zeta Omega has upheld its commitment to its Creed and Cardinal Principles in service to Greater Cleveland. The Chapter has continued to be an ally to the Greater Cleveland area, serving as a pillar of community engagement. In 2014, 2017, 2019–2021, the Zeta Omega Chapter had the honor of receiving the "Social Action Chapter of the Year Award" for Large Chapters (more than 50 members) for the Fourth District (comprised of Ohio and West Virginia).
